Our family story begins with Dad Gianfranco, Mom Georgia, Giulia, and Gianfranco Jr. - a family that spent 18 years living and working in Romania, achieving significant milestones. Tired of daily routines and inspired by a simpler lifestyle closer to nature, we considered moving to Bali, a place whose climate, culture, and relaxed atmosphere quickly became our new home.

The villa built in 2024 and located in the heart of Bingin just minutes from the most important tourist locations, renowned beaches and culinary spots. Villa Euforia by Lotus blends modernity with local Balinese charm, offering on 250 square meters of surface spread over three levels, a private swimming pool, large living room and fully equipped kitchen with air conditioning and ceiling ventilation, two large bedrooms on different levels with King Size beds, private bathroom, office corner with air conditioning, safe and ceiling ventilation.
Recharge your energies in our meditation area specially set up to offer privacy and peace, or choose to spend a few hours watching the sunrise or sunset, sipping a drink before lunch or dinner, on the beautiful terrace enriched with tropical plants, lounge area, gym area, sauna and outdoor shower.

Villa Bloom by Lotus, completed in December 2024, is a refined residence in a complex of 12 villas with 24-hour security and private parking, in the heart of Tumbak Bayuh, just minutes from Perenanan Beach, bars, restaurants, gyms and spa. With 200 square meters on three levels, the villa is fully furnished and offers a private pool surrounded by white stone and tropical plants, a bright living area with comfortable sofas, 32-inch TV and large windows overlooking the garden.
